Course Overview
Our 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course provides the essential skills and knowledge needed to deal with a wide range of workplace emergencies. Perfect for lower-risk environments, this course equips participants with the confidence to respond to incidents and administer basic first aid. On successful completion, attendees will receive a certification that meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981.

Certification
Participants will be awarded an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, accredited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB), valid for 3 years.

  • Basic care for fractures and burns – simple first aid treatments for common workplace injuries.
  • Dealing with minor illnesses – such as fainting, choking, and allergic reactions.

Duration
This is a 1-day course (6 hours), typically running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with breaks included.

Location and Delivery
The course can be delivered at your workplace or at our training facility. We also offer flexible group bookings for companies.

Prerequisites
No prior qualifications are needed. This course is open to anyone who can carry out basic first aid tasks, such as CPR and treating minor injuries.
